I am so sorry you have to read this book, but thrilled you've found a place to turn for information, comfort and a relating story. I am sorry because I know that in order to be attracted to this book, you or someone you know are to the point in a quest to have a family that you feel compelled to seek comfort for a plan that isn't unfolding quite right. You look around and it seems like every drunken cheerleader gets pregnant, so why can't you? You gaze across the restaurant and everyone seems to be pregnant but you. You watch the news and hear of yet another tragic case of child abuse while you long to fill your loving arms with the warmth of a child. I have worn those shoes; gained those same blisters. I can relate to your great need for comfort and understanding.
No one can know exactly what you are going through. I have traveled my own bumpy road of fertility frustrations with its unique twists and turns. I remember people wanting to do or say the right thing or worse yet, avoid me so that they did not have to do or say anything. So, when you receive your copy to turn the pages and begin this journey with me: I am so sorry you are going through this.

P.S. Look into having a book club for this!
